He likes to be on 3 or 4 Bar Severs most of the time
USE OUR TRACKER
You can find him in mostly these rooms:Beach,Cove,Iceberg,Town,Or Anywhere on the Miagrator
He moves around alot he stays in one places for an average of 4-5 minutes
He is not on CP At Nightime Like 12 Am to 8 Am
Only 100 People can meet him in one room if you cant get in a room be paitent and wait for another time
